Some theater games are designed to be warm-ups – activities that get you ready, focused and prepared to start working in a class or rehearsal.
These are typically separate activities from purely physical or vocal warm-ups, and are very often incorporated into a group warm-up *after* these other physical and vocal activities, taking on a more full-body approach by encouraging the full self to completely focus and prepare for the following class, rehearsal or performance.
They are very often group activities, serving the purpose of warming up both the individual and the group dynamic.
